IPM Recognized for Ethical Business Practices

Integrated Project Management Company, Inc. (IPM) has received a Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics from the Better Business Bureau of Chicago and Northern Illinois. IPM Vision Realization Officer Jo Jackson accepted the award at a luncheon on November 20, 2019, along with leaders from five other winning companies.

According to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), a Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics is the rating organization’s most prestigious award. Recipients must have an “A” rating, and are judged based on several criteria, including how they incorporate ethical practices into their operations; how the importance of ethics is communicated to employees, customers, and other stakeholders; how achievement is measured; and how the company improves the communities in which it operates.

IPM’s Mission & Beliefs, which outline an obsession with excellence, honesty, ethical conduct, and uncompromising integrity, are explained to each new hire and reinforced through frequent communications and, most importantly, modeling by the executive team.
