Integrated Project Management Company, Inc. (IPM) has been named a Best Place to Work in Chicago by Crain’s Chicago Business for the fifth year in a row.
“Over the past two years, we all have had to adapt, and I could not be more pleased with our family members’ enduring commitment to maintain a positive and progressive momentum,” says IPM Founder, President, and CEO C. Richard Panico. “More than any other factor, our people are our greatest competitive advantage. IPM has always focused on our culture, and together we are making our IPM family stronger than ever.”
For its Best Places to Work in Chicago ranking, Crain’s Chicago Business partners with research firm Best Companies Group to survey employees about their workplaces. The anonymous responses make up three-quarters of a company’s score. The rest of the score is based on employer information like benefits, demographics, and workplace policies and practices. Crain’s has published the list since 2008. The 2022 ranking is featured in Crain’s September 19 print edition and in a special online section. IPM landed at No. 89 in the ranking of 100 companies in the metropolitan area.
IPM has received recognition on similar “best places” lists, including Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services from Great Place to Work, Inc. magazine’s Best Workplaces, and The Boston Globe’s Top Places to Work.
