Great Place to Work has named Integrated Project Management Company, Inc. (IPM) among the 2022 Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services. This is the fifth year in a row that IPM made the list.
Each year, research firm Great Place to Work publishes a ranking of the top 25 large and top 50 small and medium consulting and professional service firms in the United States. IPM ranked No. 32 in the small and medium category, or those with between 10 and 999 employees. While 57 percent of employees at the average U.S. company say theirs is a great place to work, 88 percent of IPM employees say the same.

To determine the Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services, Great Place to Work analyzed the survey responses of more than 104,000 employees from Great Place to Work-Certified companies in the consulting and professional services industry. Employees shared confidential quantitative and qualitative feedback about their organization’s culture by responding to 60 statements about their experience. Topics included trust, respect, credibility, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.
IPM employees gave the company its highest ratings—with 97 percent agreeing—on the following statements:
- “I believe management would lay people off only as a last resort.”
- “Management is honest and ethical in its business practices.”
- “Our customers would rate the service we deliver as ‘excellent.’”
- “People care about each other here.”
- “When you join the company, you are made to feel welcome.”
