Integrated Project Management Company, Inc. (IPM) was listed among the Top Workplaces in the country by USA Today.
The award is based exclusively on employee feedback. A survey asks about the workplace experience and the elements that impact it. Topics include employee engagement and respect, whether the organization is aligned with their values, and how well the company empowers them to execute, enables them to grow, and values them fairly.
“It’s gratifying to receive kudos from our employees,” says IPM President and CEO C. Richard Panico. “We believe that hiring talented, purpose-driven leaders, establishing mutual trust and respect, and challenging them with interesting and engaging work drives our performance. Recognitions like this validate and reinforce our emphasis on quality and culture.”
Human resources research firm Energage fields the survey, analyzes the results, and co-sponsors the award with USA Today. Top Workplaces USA recognizes large and midsize companies with at least 150 employees. The survey included employees from 2,251 companies. This is the fifth year that USA Today has presented the award. For the complete list, visit USA Today or Top Workplaces, where you can also view IPM’s profile.
