IPM Named an Inc. Magazine Best Workplace

Inc. magazine has once again named Integrated Project Management Company, Inc. (IPM) as one of its Best Workplaces.

In his congratulatory letter, Inc. Editor-in-Chief Scott Omelianuk noted that being one of the Best Workplaces is “a claim that’s especially difficult to make now, when just surviving in business—thanks to the Great Resignation, inflation, and supply chain and other issues—is a victory.”

IPM President and CEO C. Richard Panico echoed the sentiment. “We are grateful to receive recognition that validates our dedication to culture,” he said. “During the past two years, I experienced IPM family members truly rising to the occasion, ensuring our culture and quality continued to resist the negative influences imposed by the virtual operating world. Deep caring for each other transcended the obstacles and allowed us to sustain our growth. The horizon promises to be as exciting and challenging as ever. We will continue to rely upon our values-based culture to provide the environment that allows our IPM family members to thrive.”

The Best Workplaces list is the result of a comprehensive survey of thousands of American companies. Inc. selected 475 companies based on analysis from the research, conducted by Quantum Workplace. An anonymous survey asked employees about management effectiveness, personal growth, benefits, and overall culture.

One of 22 companies based in Illinois and 67 business products and services firms, IPM was also called out as “prosperous and thriving” and having “enduring impact.”

The Best Workplaces list was featured in Inc. magazine’s May/June edition as well as on its website. To view the complete ranking and related content, visit inc.com/best-workplaces.
