For the second consecutive year, Integrated Project Management Company, Inc. (IPM) has been recognized as one of the top performing professional services organizations in a benchmark survey conducted by independent research firm Service Performance Insight (SPI Research).
The 2017 Best-of-the-Best list highlights organizations that excel across five critical service performance dimensions: leadership, client relationships, human capital alignment, service execution, and finance and operations.
Of the 416 organizations that participated in the survey, the top 21 outperformed their peers and the benchmark average with significantly higher profits, larger projects, and more satisfied clients, growing both revenues and new jobs at more than twice the rate of average firms.
Top performers had year-over-year service revenue growth that far outpaced the growth rate of the other 395 consulting organizations in the benchmark survey. To support their expansion, the Best-of-the-Best augmented their consulting workforces by 16.9 percent compared to 5.9 percent headcount growth for other firms in SPI’s benchmark.
Characteristic of this year’s top performers is a shared emphasis on building unique, collaborative, employee-centric cultures which emphasize continuous growth and teamwork.
“IPM is proud to once again be a part of this high-performing group of organizations,” said Timothy J. Czech, Chief Financial Officer. “Our company’s ongoing growth and success is a reflection of the high caliber of our employees and clients that understand the importance of professional project management.”
