The Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Chicago and Northern Illinois has honored Integrated Project Management Company, Inc. (IPM) with the 2025 Torch Hall of Fame Award.
An extension of the Torch Awards for Marketplace Ethics, the Hall of Fame was developed to recognize people and organizations that have demonstrated outstanding ethical practices and leadership. IPM is the fourth recipient of the Hall of Fame Award, which originated in 2022.

“We’re grateful to be recognized by an organization that shares our values of ethical leadership and excellent service,” says IPM Founder, President, and CEO C. Richard Panico. “We established Fundamental Values when we started IPM in 1988, including integrity, the courage to choose the moral and ethical path. In turbulent times, too many companies confuse what’s ‘legal’ and what’s ‘ethical,’ and we’re proud that all our IPM family members make the right decisions every day.”
IPM is a four-time winner of the Chicagoland Torch Award and two-time finalist in the BBB’s international awards program. The awards recognize businesses that lead with integrity, build trust, and strengthen their community.
In announcing the recognition, the BBB noted the mutual support and collaboration between the local chapter and the consulting firm. For example, IPM Chief Financial Officer Timothy Czech has served on the Board of Directors of the Chicago and Northern Illinois BBB for more than 10 years. And the two organizations co-hosted an Executive Insight & Perspective-Sharing Summit, which brought together local business leaders to discuss changing workplace trends, culture, and emerging technology.
