Inc. Magazine has named Integrated Project Management Company, Inc. (IPM) as one of its 2021 Best Workplaces. Inc. noted this year’s field of entries “was the most competitive we’ve ever seen.”
“IPM is gratified to be recognized as a Best Workplace,” said President and CEO C. Richard Panico. “Our people are our greatest asset and competitive advantage, and we have them to thank not only for this award but for our company’s strong culture. Throughout a disruptive period, we’ve worked together to continue to maintain and strengthen our one-company, one-family culture.”
Employees from thousands of companies responded to a survey conducted by Quantum Workplace for the 2021 listing. For example, topics included trust, management effectiveness, perks, and confidence in the future. Inc. and Quantum analyzed the data, along with information about each company’s employee benefits, and ranked the companies using a composite score of survey results.
Inc.’s Best Workplaces recognition comes on the heels of similar awards by Great Place to Work and Crain’s Chicago Business. Inc. Magazine also recognized IPM in three specific categories: Prosperous and Thriving, Enduring Impact (those in business 15 years or more), and among Medium-Large companies, or those with 100 to 499 employees.
