IPM will be sponsoring the Pharmaceutical Launch Excellence Summit US (PHLEX), taking place Sept. 30 to Oct. 1, 2026, in Boston. The event brings together pharmaceutical leaders to discuss the strategies, capabilities, and operating models needed to successfully launch and commercialize therapies in an increasingly complex market.
As part of this year’s program, Harry Georgiades, Managing Director of IPM’s Pharmaceuticals and Biotechnology Practice, will moderate the panel discussion, “Who Owns Launch Excellence? Building the Operating Model, Governance and Tools for Cross-Functional Execution.” Panelists Annie Curti, Director of Product Strategy & Launch Excellence (Hematology) at Novartis, and Siddarth Jain, Head (SD), Global Medical Unit for Growth & Launch Brands in Rare Diseases at Takeda, will share hard-won insights and experiences.
The session will explore how organizations can better align strategy, governance, and execution to improve launch outcomes and enable stronger cross-functional collaboration.
Joining Georgiades at the event will be IPM’s Pharma Practice leaders, Amber Monaghan, and Joe Goodwin. The team will be available throughout the summit to discuss commercialization strategy, launch readiness, cross-functional execution, and the operational challenges that can slow the path from strategy to results.
If you’re attending PHLEX 2026, we welcome the opportunity to connect, after our panel presentation or post-event.
If you’re not attending PHLEX and would like to stay in touch,
