Leaders responsible for executing the strategic initiatives for their healthcare organization or division will gather for Integrated Project Management Company’s 2019 Healthcare Leaders Summit on Oct. 3, 2019. Part think tank and part networking event, the Summit, held at IPM’s new headquarters in Burr Ridge, IL, will examine the state and future of implementation in the industry.
Attendees include executive- and director-level heads of functional and enterprise Project Management Offices or process improvement and performance excellence groups in health systems and other healthcare organizations. Through thought-provoking sharing sessions, the Summit will address overcoming the challenges of today’s operating environment, including defining the relationship between project management and process improvement, and prioritizing and protecting the most important projects.
The discussion will also take a forward-looking view to uncover the coming trends that will impact implementation, and begin to solve for the skills, capabilities, and processes needed to meet future demands.
