Monroe Hatch is IPM’s Senior Director of Corporate Business Development and Pharmaceuticals and Biotech industry lead. He has over 30 years of experience in general management and consulting and has held leadership roles in business and sales operations, operational excellence, manufacturing operations, and product development in multiple industries.
Monroe has consulted on strategy development and execution with many pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and healthcare companies in areas including product development framework and processes, project and portfolio management, and customer satisfaction.
An expert in operational excellence and process improvement, Monroe is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional (PMP). He holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
