Kristin Kinscherff is the Managing Director, Life Sciences, at IPM’s St. Louis location. Kristin joined IPM in 2011 as a Project Management Consultant, was promoted to Senior Project Management Consultant, and later became a Senior Director before assuming her current position in 2025.
Her background includes more than 15 years of Life Sciences experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device product development and commercialization, including strategy development and execution, cross-functional team management, regulatory submissions and compliance, manufacturing, and project management. Her previous work experience includes stints at several leading biotech and pharmaceutical companies.
Kristin holds a BS in Chemistry-ACS from Southern Illinois University and a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
