Milind Nagale is Managing Director of IPM’s Eastern Region, where he is responsible for strategic leadership, business growth, and operations. In his role, Milind leads the collaborative efforts of Operations, Marketing, and Business Development to accelerate business growth while delivering the highest quality for IPM’s clients.
Milind is passionate about the development of new therapies and enjoys orchestrating cross-functional teams for delivering on user-centric product development. Milind has been with IPM for over nine years and has more than 25 years of experience in research and development and cross-functional program leadership in Academia, Life Sciences, and Healthcare.
Milind holds a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Arkansas and an MBA from Babson College.
