Joel Israel is a Director of Business Process & Technology Optimization services at IPM, leading client engagements by combining technical, process, and project management expertise to help organizations modernize the way they operate.
Since joining IPM in 2015, Joel has led business technology transformation efforts across a range of industries, including ERP and WMS implementations, system selections, technology modernizations, and product development. He brings a strong balance of technical depth and project leadership to his work, helping clients translate complex technology initiatives into practical business outcomes.
Prior to IPM, Joel worked as an engineer in the aerospace and defense industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
