Gabriel Yoder is a Director of Consumer & Industrial Products at IPM, where he helps clients solve complex business challenges, pursue strategic growth, and advance organizational transformation.
Since joining IPM in 2013, Gabriel has supported global consumer products, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing organizations through strategic initiatives spanning product development, innovation, portfolio management, business transformation, and organizational change. His work includes launching new ventures, leading global portfolio transformations, facilitating executive strategy development, delivering enterprise change programs, and designing services that help organizations achieve sustainable growth.
Before joining IPM, Gabriel served as an officer in the United States Air Force. He holds an MBA in Leadership from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the United States Air Force Academy. He is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and New Product Development Professional (NPDP).
