Deana Pape, a Director in IPM’s St. Louis office, was recognized among the distinguished “Top St. Louis Employees,” featured in an article titled “The ‘A’ Players,” in the October edition of St. Louis Small Business Monthly.
The award is designed to spotlight key employees (vice presidents, partners, executives, staff members) who are invaluable to the success of their businesses but don’t get the external recognition they deserve.
With more than 12 years of service to IPM, Deana was instrumental in building the St. Louis team. She applies her strong project management skills to help deliver complex projects in multiple industries. She views her fellow consultants as teammates and partners and says she continues to learn from them every day.
Deana was nominated by IPM St. Louis Director Alvin Doss for her “impeccable character, unbelievable determination and commitment,” and her willingness to help improve the lives of others. “Her accomplishments center on working with youth, engaging well-established organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, and supporting others with unique ideas on how to improve our region,” Doss wrote.
