Sept. 20, 2021, marks IPM’s 33rd anniversary. Why celebrate 33 years? The consulting firm is one-third of the way to its goal of reaching—and surpassing—a century of business.

“With today’s focus on quick returns and other short-term goals, it may seem counterintuitive to celebrate endurance,” says IPM Founder, President, and CEO C. Richard Panico. “Since IPM’s inception in 1988, my intention was to establish a company that would endure for 100 years and beyond.
