Sean Kilroy is Director at IPM, where he oversees project management consultants who lead clients’ most challenging projects, contributing value-added services while helping clients achieve critical business objectives.
Since joining IPM in 2011, Sean has been involved in projects involving vertical line start-up, cost of goods sold (COGS) analysis, business process optimization, strategic organizational growth, systemwide instrumentation implementations, and change management application. He is a key member of IPM’s Operational Excellence Center of Excellence. His previous work experience includes time as an Air Force officer, logistics client management and operations management, and project management.
Sean is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. He holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Sean also has certifications in Change Management from Prosci and in Supply Chain through Michigan State University.
