With 15 years of experience in manufacturing and mechanical engineering across multiple industries, Lucas has substantial expertise in consumer products and medical devices. His extensive background and leadership skills are pivotal to driving the success of his team and ensuring the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Lucas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from North Dakota State University and is Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS.
