Greg O’Boyle is a Director in IPM’s Boston office, leading consultants to support Life Science organizations in achieving their strategic initiatives.
Greg has extensive experience in business process improvement, portfolio management in early development biotherapeutics and medical devices, and optimizing cross-functional teams. Prior to IPM, his experience included 10 years in biologics and vaccines clinical and commercial stage manufacturing, process validation, and capital project management. Greg is passionate about empowering team members to effective decision-making and achieving optimal outcomes.
With a BS in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University and an MS in Engineering Management from the George Washington University, Greg is an MBA candidate with the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and active member of the PMI Mass Bay Chapter.
