Eni Bica is a Director in IPM’s Boston office, where she leads a team of project management consultants supporting Life Science organizations to achieve their strategic initiatives.
Eni has extensive experience supporting Life Sciences organizations in delivering new technology implementations, establishing project and portfolio management discipline, and optimizing operational capabilities. Her prior experience includes 11 years leading cross-functional teams in the development of medical devices, including new product introduction, regulatory submissions, manufacturing, and operations. She is passionate about building a positive culture and outstanding customer service.
Eni holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Graduate Degree in Project Management from Boston University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
