Cionne Manning leads the IPM team dedicated to advancing the development and execution of organizational training, knowledge management, and program and project management practices. She leads IPM’s Strategy Realization Office, including facilitating the firm’s business planning process and managing the strategic portfolio.
With more than a decade of experience in project and program management and cross-functional team leadership, Cionne specializes in strategic facilitation, business process improvement, and portfolio management.
Cionne holds a PhD and master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in Physics from Beloit College. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
