Brian Donovan is a Director of Operations at IPM’s St. Louis office, where he specializes in product development, regulatory submissions, medical device remediation, and operational excellence. He joined IPM in 2018 and served as a Project Management Consultant and Senior Project Management Consultant before assuming his current role in 2022.
Brian’s previous work experience includes 10 years of leadership and command experience in the United States Army focused on strategy development, planning, and risk management.
Brian holds a BA in Criminal Justice from Saint Louis University, an MA in Higher Education Administration from the University of Louisville, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), and a SAFe 6 Scrum Master Certification (SSM) from Scaled Agile, Inc.
