Andrew Hazlett is the Sr. Director Business Process & Technology Optimization (BP&TO) Services at IPM, overseeing the quality of services his team provides to clients and providing expertise on business technology initiatives.
He has more than 10 years of experience leading projects for Fortune 100 companies, mid-sized enterprises, and the U.S. government. His client work has spanned multiple industries including life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing, and food & beverage. Andrew leads IPM’s Business Technology Center of Excellence. His experience includes the assessment, selection, and implementation of global Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, implementation of Project and Portfolio Management systems, and the assessment and selection of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) and healthcare billing system.
After earning his degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Dayton, Andrew served in the United States Army as a commissioned officer. He joined IPM in 2012 as a project management consultant and earned his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2014.
