As Executive Director of Human Resources, Aby Shaughnessy leads IPM’s human resources activities, policies, and programs. She oversees efforts to ensure IPM maintains and improves its culture and status as a great place to work and partners with senior management to develop and lead short-and long-term strategies based on business needs.

Aby is passionate about conflict resolution and problem solving, as well as ensuring each employee can focus on their core responsibilities and be successful within the organization. She specializes in a balanced approach while utilizing her diverse experience when developing solutions. She has more than 20 years of progressive HR experience and expertise in administration and project management.
Aby holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a focus on human resource management and psychology from Northern Illinois University. She is a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional and Human Capital Institute Senior Professional in Human Resources.
