Jennifer Williams is a Director in IPM’s St. Louis office, where she leads a team of project management consultants to support organizations in achieving their strategic initiatives.
Jennifer has been leading high-performing teams as a product and project manager for more than 20 years. She has extensive experience in product development, business process improvement, and stakeholder management, and has supported clients in pharmaceutical, medical device, and healthcare companies. Prior to IPM, Jennifer worked in commercial life sciences as an R&D scientist and global product manager. She is passionate about building strategically aligned team and organizational cultures.
With a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Millikin University, Jennifer is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Organizational Development Certified Professional (ODCP).
