Profits, Performance, Customer Satisfaction Put IPM Among the “Best-of-the-Best” by SPI Research

For the third consecutive year, Integrated Project Management Company, Inc. (IPM) landed on the list of top-performing professional services organizations as ranked by independent research firm Service Performance Insight (SPI Research) in its annual benchmark survey.

On the 2018 Best-of-the-Best list, IPM was among the top 20 firms out of 456 organizations that participated in the survey–outperforming peers and the benchmark average with significantly higher profits, more projects delivered on time, and more satisfied customers.

Companies in the 2018 top 20 list saw year-over-year revenue growth of 19.4 percent, with 90.2 percent of projects delivered on time, and reference clients of 88.8 percent.

The top 20 firms on the list excel across five critical service performance dimensions: leadership, client relationships, human capital alignment, service execution, and finance and operations. The Best-of-the-Best recognition is significant because it measures organizations on both financial results and on leadership metrics to reveal exceptional, holistic performance.
