Integrated Project Management Company, Inc. (IPM) is proud to announce the promotion of Michael R. McLeod to President of the business consulting firm, effective December 1, 2025.
In his more than 30 years of dedicated service to IPM, Mike has held a variety of leadership roles, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer. Throughout his career, from his earliest days as a project manager in the nuclear power and steel industries to today, Mike has exemplified IPM’s Fundamental Values of honest and ethical conduct, excellence, and uncompromising integrity. His steady leadership and commitment have been instrumental in driving the company’s success and shaping its evolution.

In his new role, Mike will focus on enhancing and elevating IPM’s client-centric value proposition. He will align service development and delivery and oversee all Corporate Services functions. This transition strengthens IPM’s business model and sharpens its focus on targeted industries and services to enhance client engagements and relationships.
