Tina Allen Janetzko is a Director in IPM’s Chicago office, specializing in business transformation, process excellence, and change management. She is a leader in the company’s Change Management Center of Excellence. Since joining IPM in 2018, she served as a Project Management Consultant and Senior Project Management Consultant before assuming her current role in 2022.
With more than 30 years of experience, Tina brings a breadth of leadership across multiple disciplines including logistics, reverse logistics, customer service, procurement, operations, and vendor management. Her industry experience includes consumer products, food and beverage, consumer and industrial electronics, and industrial supply. She has led strategic cross-functional projects throughout her career, resulting in improvements in gross margin improvement. Tina’s work at IPM includes project leadership at pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.
Tina holds a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from Syracuse University and an MBA in Operations Management from the Kellstadt School of Business at DePaul University. She holds a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University and earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI). Tina is also an American Society for Quality (ASQ) Six Sigma Green Belt and a Prosci-certified Change Management Practitioner.
