Ruba Hadidi is a Director in IPM’s Operational Excellence Practice, overseeing the quality of engagements and ongoing development of consultants. She brings extensive experience across general management and consulting and has held leadership roles in business operations, operational excellence, manufacturing, and product development.
A manufacturing and process engineering expert, Ruba has consulted on strategy development and execution with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and consumer products companies in areas including early development, life cycle management, strategy development and execution, and project and portfolio management.
Ruba is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Project Management Professional (PMP). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Biomechanics from Cornell University.
