Paul Cook is responsible for driving business development and developing and implementing the business strategy to drive growth and transform services in IPM’s Life Sciences sector. He is part of the team charged with creating a formal business development function within IPM and guiding the organization to target higher–level consultative services.
Passionately driven by the need to speed delivery of therapeutics to patients, Paul has advocated for building business competencies that complement delivery of products. With 16 years of scientific research and 13 years as an IPM consultant, he also consults on IPM’s Life Sciences engagements and is actively engaged with companies seeking to accomplish their strategic objectives.
A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute, Paul has taught project management courses for Boston University Global and BU Metropolitan College, and he is a frequent speaker at conferences on the subject of project management in the Life Sciences industry.
