Noe Dorantes is a Director in IPM’s Chicago office, where he leads a team of project management consultants and specializes in program and portfolio management.
He has a background in the aerospace, life science, and consumer packaging industries, and more than 20 years of diverse leadership positions in operations, product, project, and portfolio management. Noe joined IPM in 2013 as a project management consultant after years of experience in the engineering field and a career in the U.S. Navy. He leads IPM’s Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Center of Excellence, which focuses on customized solutions to establish and enhance PM and PPM processes, governance, and tools.
Noe earned a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, and an MBA in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Northern Illinois University. He is certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
