John Gracia is a Director in IPM’s Boston office, where he supports business development and leads a team of project management consultants working on-site at Life Sciences companies.
Since joining IPM in 2017, John has served as an account manager, project manager in drug development R&D, and as an IPM R&D product developer. His 30 years of experience ranges from designing particle accelerators at Stanford University to systems engineering to operations strategy to transforming R&D organizations into global product development teams at Dell, HP, Nike, Lockheed Martin Space Systems, and Hyundai Kia Motor Company. He’s worked in a myriad of industries, including software, high-tech, footwear, national laboratories, pharmaceuticals, and automotive.
John holds a bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering Technology and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Design from The University of Michigan, and he is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
