Deana Pape


Deana Pape is a Director at IPM’s St. Louis office, where she specializes in project management consulting, business process optimization, product development, lifecycle management, and operations optimization for the Life Sciences industry.  

Deana started her career with IPM in 2005 and has served as a Life Sciences business development executive and senior project manager before being promoted to her current position. Her project work at IPM has ranged from drug and device development to merger/acquisition integrations to commercial product launches. Deana’s previous work experience includes production coordinator at the Genome Sequencing Center’s DNA sequencing laboratory at Washington University in St. Louis, where she supervised optimizing advanced technology, eliminating bottlenecks, and producing DNA sequences.  

She holds a BS in Biology/Biological Sciences from the University of Missouri-Columbia, an MBA from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute.
