Kundini is truly a “citizen of the world”: she was born in Nigeria, raised in Gujarat, India, and lived in Orange County, Calif., Philadelphia, and most recently, relocated to the greater Boston area. Her educational background (BS in Biology, MS in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs) and previous work experience have prepared her well for her current work, primarily in the program and project management of complex drug development programs. She is active in community service and enjoys reading, being a foodie, and traveling internationally—she has set a goal of visiting one new country a year.

When interviewing here, what impressed you most about IPM?

How organized, informative, thorough, and collaborative the interview and recruiting process was, and how consistent each interviewer was in responding to interviewee questions regarding the company’s business model and goals.

Since then, what have you found as the best thing about working at IPM?

The people. I am honored to work with driven, trustworthy, and encouraging team members—management included. I know I can rely on the IPM family any time, any day.

What are you passionate about?

Raising the leadership bar for women, food insecurity, and health and well-being of children.

Do you have a favorite celebrity, sports team, or TV show/movie?

I secretly am hoping for the Lakers to return to the NBA finals, love crime dramas, and enjoy a “good” Bollywood movie.

Please tell us about your family.

I have been married for three years to Hiren Amin, my wonderful husband, and we have a gray Russian tabby cat, Nya. Our immediate family is really important to us and includes my parents and brother in Southern California, grandparents who raised me in India, and my in-laws in Chicago.
