In joining us, you will be part of a company that has made all the difference to global companies and local businesses alike. IPM professionals helped a multinational corporation within the consumer products industry emerge from bankruptcy through strategic reorganization of its manufacturing operations. We cut product development time by 40% for one consumer electronics giant. And we increased efficiencies for a beverage client so much that they abandoned costly plans to move to a new facility. We also have helped R&D team cut research time in half and have managed business operations allowing fledgling start-ups to concentrate on what they do best – innovation. Multiple opportunities to assist clients with projects such as these have enabled IPM to grow rapidly in the last few years, earning us recognition in 2007 as one of Inc. Magazine’s 5000 fastest growing private companies. Throughout 2008 we also have the pleasure of celebrating our 20th year of ethical leadership and excellence.

Our Mission and Beliefs proclaims, "IPM derives its strength, security, and greatest competitive advantage from its values-driven, self-motivated, and highly skilled employees - its most important asset."
