Our history
Recognizing a pressing need across industries for flawless project execution, C. Richard Panico founded Integrated Project Management Company, Inc. in 1988. As one of the first project management consulting firms, we helped evolve the discipline of project management while creating proprietary methodologies to supplement the practice. IPM began with manufacturing and supply-chain projects but now serves almost every area of company need, from strategy development to capital projects.

Headquartered in Chicago with offices in Boston, St. Louis and San Francisco, IPM has led more than 3,500 projects for 250 clients in the United States and across continents. Our clientele ranges from Fortune 100 companies to startups. Tackling the most complex projects, often for highly regulated industries, we have compressed timelines by as much as 50%, streamlined operations to generate millions of dollars in cost savings, secured timely FDA approvals, and led global product-recall projects.
