IPM and Social Responsibility – Committed to Our Communities

Integrated Project Mercy, formally established in 2007 to support Our Mission and Beliefs, focuses on providing support to children, education, and the homeless – both globally and within the communities where our employees work and live.

Each quarter, the employees of one of our four office locations select the charity which we then all support.

Through educational campaigns, the mission and needs of the selected organization are shared and plans established to provide assistance to the cause. IPM employees have raised thousands of dollars, with IPM frequently providing corporate matching.

Money isn’t the only way in which the employees contribute. Community service has been another facet of how IPM employees give back to our communities. For example, one quarter employees in each of our regions volunteered at a Ronald McDonald House to prepare and serve food for the families of hospitalized children. Another quarter saw IPM’s employees volunteering their time to serve in their area food banks.

We encourage you to choose to make a difference within your own company and community. While time spent with colleagues planning and carrying out these events strengthens relationships at IPM and helps our communities, the greatest reward is that which comes from giving of one’s self.
